How Archive works

A job is the work order and customer history. An appointment is one scheduled date and time for that job. Restoring a job also restores its linked archived appointments so the Schedule remains consistent.

Import customer data

Import JSON backups, Excel workbooks, or CSV/TSV contact lists. Merge adds records and updates matching stable IDs. Replace changes the customer database only after confirmation; estimates remain saved.

Remove customer database

Deletes customer profiles, addresses, notes, and links. Saved estimates remain available as unlinked estimates.

Turn off rows you do not currently use to create more room for the timeline. Applying these choices updates every active Schedule.

Pricing

Apply a permanent Catalog adjustment and configure the taxes available to Catalog items, Estimates, and future Invoices.

Company-wide Catalog adjustment

Increase or reduce every active, price-bearing Catalog item once. Existing Estimate and Invoice snapshots will not change.

Tax definitions

Enable GST, PST, HST, or add another tax. Catalog items choose which enabled taxes apply, and new Estimate lines receive a permanent copy.

Surcharges and service fees

Add the company charges that may appear on new estimates and invoices. Each saved document keeps its own permanent copy, so later edits do not rewrite past work.

Catalog Price TypesUse those for customer or category pricing. Surcharges are controlled here.

Company information

Prepare a complete company profile for future receipts, invoices, estimates, and customer communications.

Unsaved company changes may affect future business documents. Review every field before saving.
